To be successful you will need:
A Certificate III Aged Care/Individual support (or similar) or willing to obtain.
An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service’
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
Ability to work as part of a team.
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
