The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include though not be limited to:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing invoice verification, and processing payments.
• Responding to supplier-related emails and coordinating payables responses.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of weekly payables.
• Collaborating on invoice reconciliation.
• Managing communications with the ATO and contributing to tax planning.
• Performing receipt balancing to ensure accurate fund allocation.
• Processing payroll with deduction calculations.
• Preparing and lodging payroll tax and Business Activity Statement (BAS).
• Reconciling multinational commission statements.
• Completing Superannuation payments.
• Maintaining accurate financial records for effective reporting.

• Ideally you will have a degree in Accounting and may also hold or are currently gaining a CPA,
• Experience with Xero or a similar system is highly regarded,
• Strong interpersonally and a high level communicator,
• Great organisational skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines and working autonomously.
