Compensation Analyst

The impact of this role to the company is to contribute to the delivery of products/services, as well as initiatives to improve processes and add value to our products/services.
This role is multi-faceted, allowing development in range of important skills (project management, data analytics, stakeholder management).
To be a great hire, you will need a good attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Joining a diverse team, with wide ranging experience and skills (some more focused on project management, while others are more technically inclined).
2-3 Week induction plan to meet key stakeholders and learn the basic methodologies and processes. Majority of learning will be on the job.

We will count on you to:
Assist in the project management, survey design and administration of the salary survey process
Write commentary associated with survey results
Undertake statistical analysis and interpretation
Prepare large volumes of data for uploading into survey analysis and reporting software
Validate survey data with clients
Provide technical support to internal and external clients
Respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions
Develop skills and competencies in order to project manage smaller surveys
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree, credit average or better, in Human Resources, Commerce, Statistics, Psychology, Social Sciences or related discipline.
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced knowledge of Excel, SPSS or other statistical package, and familiarity with e-mail and web browser technology
Capacity to acquire competence in the use of in-house applications
High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to detail
