About the Role:
Under the direction of the Compliance Manager the Compliance Administrator will support the Compliance Manager and Executive Management to ensure CLO's operations and business transitions follow all relevant legislative regulations, contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures. The Compliance Administrator will actively monitor, and work with CLO teams to ensure compliance across the organisations systems and tools, while promoting quality continuous
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the currency, accuracy and compliance of allocated registers and records, ensuring full visibility of reporting requirements.
  • Support managers through compliance monitoring and reporting functions, ensuring compliance reporting is in line with policy.
  • Assist with the investigations of compliance irregularities.
  • Assist with internal reviews and audits to maintain operational compliance with CLO policies and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor and review audit action plans ensuring reporting timeframes are met.
  • Assist with risk and compliance reporting in accordance with CLO's risk management plan. Complete routine administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining records of ongoing projects.
  • Work collaboratively with management to promote a culture of quality and compliance. Immediately escalate challenges, barriers and concerns with compliance responsibilities when identified.
  • Identify areas for improvement through quality assurance, compliance monitoring and evaluations.
  • At the direction of the Compliance Manager, support the implementation of corrective action and continuous quality improvement plans.
To be Successful:
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated quality auditing experience. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with experience in the disability sector that has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
Essential Requirements:
  • Current 'C Class' Driver's License.
  • Understanding of NDIS & Disability sector.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Current NDIS Workers clearance.
  • Current Working with children clearance.
  • Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Disability or Home and Community Services
