- Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years in a comparable compliance role, ideally within the transportation sector, showcasing expertise in navigating regulatory landscapes effectively.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in supervisory positions or comparable leadership roles, demonstrating strong managerial capabilities and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Chain of Responsibility (COR) principles, including Mass Management, Load Restraint, Fatigue Management, and HVAC requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of South Australian Roads permit requirements and Heavy Vehicle Access Management (RAV) regulations, with a keen awareness of regional regulatory nuances.
- Certified and proficient in the safe handling and transportation of Dangerous Goods, ensuring compliance with stringent safety protocols and regulatory standards.
