Multiquip Poultry is a privately-owned company who has established itself as one of the most innovative and enduring service providers in the Poultry Industry in Australia. Multiquip Poultry has been servicing the poultry industry for over 38 years, and services markets across Australia.

Our NSW office located in Griffith is currently seeking a Qualified Compliance Supervisor to join our busy team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the compliance standards within our operations team. Reporting directly to the National Compliance Manager, this position is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary determined by your experience. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant company, NHVL and COR policies and procedures. 
  • Oversee and track compliance metrics, generating comprehensive reports to inform the National Compliance Manager of any areas that require attention or improvement.
  • Understanding of safety protocols specific to transport industry, contributing to the development and implementation of robust safety measures. 
  • Ensure that the transport team possesses the necessary qualifications and provide ongoing training to uphold industry standards. 
  • Implement and oversee effective fatigue management strategies to promote the well-being and performance of transport personnel. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle. 
  • Relevant qualifications and a proven track record in compliance management, specifically within the transport sector. 
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the transport industry. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team and work independently without close supervision. 
  • Understanding of Mass & Maintenance, Chain of Responsibility, Basic Fatigue Management and National Heavy Vehicle Legislation. 
  • High level of computer literacy with confidence and proficiency in utilising various systems and technology. 
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple sites. 
  • Investigate, document and follow up on incidents, breaches or potential breaches of NHVL when identified or suspected and provide comprehensive reports.
