CrewSELECT is a specialised workforce agency devoted to servicing Australia's Electrical, Mechanical and Fabrication sectors. CrewSELECT are supporting our client in their search for a Compliance/Auditing Coordinator across both sites in located in East Perth and Nowergup.

About the role:

  • This role would ideally suit someone living north of the river as there is some travel between two sites weekly.
  • Reporting to the the management team at both sites, this role is centered around compliance management and continuous improvement team.
  • The two sites are located in East Perth and Nowergup.
  • This position is heavily focused in auditing of internal processes and external stakeholders and governing bodies.
  • Rate is negotiable depending on experience. 
  • 38 hour week - flexible morning starts from 6:30am.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional manner
  • Flexible, adaptable and work attitude
  • A self-starter, driven and highly self-motivated
  • Understanding of ISO/IEC management systems.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.  
  • High quality administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to be experienced with:

  • Internal auditing and external audit participation.
  • Reporting on findings of audits.
  • Monitor, review and educating throughout the business on any compliance changes.
  • Administration of reports as required
  • General service and support to management.
  • Assist to create systems to manage and identify risks.
  • Working in a business associated with the rail industry would be a massive advantage.

Licensing and Qualifications Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Law or Business Management preferred (Diploma or Cert III considered).
  • Lead auditor qualification and significant experience in conducting audits.

You'll need to be able to pass a rail medical including a drug and alcohol test for this role.
