People2people are currently engaged to partner with one of our Federal Government clients to recruit 3 different roles with Multiple Opportunities across the country.
The roles are:
APS6 Senior Compliance/Investigation Office
APS6 Senior Project Officer
APS5 Compliance/Investigation Officer
Locations:
NSW - Parramatta, Penrith
QLD - Brisbane CBD
SA - Adelaide CBD
ACT - Canberra CBD, Tuggeranong
NT - Darwin CBD
WA - Perth CBD
VIC - Melbourne CBD
TAS - Hobart
This will be a 18 month initial commitment with the potential to be extended, paying up to $52 P/H + Super + Casual Loading. We are seeking a motivated, upbeat individual who is confident in managing their workload independently but who can also bring a team together to create and promote a great inclusive culture.
The duties will vary across the roles, but generally you can expect to be involved in:
- Liaise key stakeholders to implement appropriate strategies to improve performance and internal corporate governance within the department.
- Collaborate and participate in compliance reviews, providing guidelines for best practice and assist commands with training in Corporate compliance.
- Collect information, analyse data, make recommendations for improvement, prepare assessment reports and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
- Review and analyse the results and be able to apply the principles of continuous improvement, risk and compliance management and change management with ongoing support by implementing strategies to reflect evolving operational policies, systems, practices, intelligence systems and their link to internal corporate governance.
- Develop and implement management plans to deal with risks and potential emerging issues from targeted investigations and command performance.
- Strong organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure while working against tight deadlines.
- Proven experience working within a similar role, ideally within Government
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Be an Australian Citizen
