About the role
Due to continued growth, our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) is expanding! Join our Component Rebuild team to assist with the assembly and disassembly of engines, powertrains, and final drives from a range of CAT machines. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisors, you will receive specialised training through on-the-job training to assist with maintenance, servicing and complete rebuilds.
The successful applicants will join a high performing team that ensure a safe work environment, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
Skills & Experience
- Mechanically minded & willingness to learn
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to follow procedures and scopes of work
- Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
- Familiarity with component change outs and engine assembly will be looked upon favourably
- Team oriented with proven ability to meet set deadlines
- High Risk Work Licences - Forklift & Dogging (desirable but not essential)
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
Roster & Remuneration
- Monday-Friday (50 Hour week + rotating days/nights)
- Roster Pattern: 5D2O x2 5N2O x2
- Hourly Rate: $36.59
- Overtime Rate: $54.89
