AddressPC Repair Perth is a leading provider of on-demand Computer and Laptop Repair services in Perth. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Computer and Laptop Repair Technician to join our team and help us deliver fast and reliable solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Computer and Laptop Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
Repairing and troubleshooting hardware and software related issues on computers, laptops, and other devices
Installing and configuring software programs and updates
Performing regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems
Providing technical support to clients and customers
Documenting orders and repairs ccurately and timely
Following the company's policies and procedures
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks and IT components
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to clients' premises when required
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
