About the Role
We are looking for a high energy, retail superstars to open and run our newest store, David Jones - Burwood! We are looking for experienced managers and sales assistants - full time, part time and casual roles on offer.
We will provide extensive training prior to the store opening by parterning with our experienced managers in neighbouring stores. We'll teach your how to serve customers, bra fit and so much more!
- Work within a leading Department store - David Jones Burwood
- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members at all times to enrich our in-store shopping experience.
- Provide staff training and guidance to motivate team performance towards achieving sales budgets and goals.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- Uphold strong visual merchandising standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Experience
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's and budgets.
- Hands on leadership approach, with a sound background in people management and ability to motivate and mentor a team to success.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both team members and customers.
- Proficiency in managing stock levels and positioning floor stock to maximise sales.
- Experience in preparing store rosters and administrative tasks.
- Experience in the lingerie industry is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.
