We are currently recruiting for a Concierge Receptionist to join our Audi Centre Gold Coast team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a luxury brand producing world-class cars.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
Establishing a customer’s reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
Management of dealership showroom display and cafe area, including beverage supplies
Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
Serve as an ambassador for the Audi and Frizelle Sunshine Group image
