The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking a Concrete Batch Plant / Dry-Cast Machine Operator to join our Advanciv team!

Key Accountabilities
- Drycast concrete machine operations
- Concrete Batch Plant operations – for DryCast Machine
- Quality control of finished product
- Daily upkeep and cleaning of machines with the team
- Assist with Machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Ordering of raw material to meet the demands of Dry Cast production
- Assist with production planning
Selection Criteria
- Have proven experience as a Machine Operator in an industrial environment would be preferable
- Proven leadership capability
- Familiarity with precast concrete is preferred
- Computer literacy
- Highly organised and good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
- Have a valid Driver’s licence
- Have a valid Forklift ticket
