AddressElvin Group is seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our Team as a Concrete Batcher/ Console Attendant or Trainee.
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for customer service in regard to booking and allocation of deliveries, process of batching concrete orders, allocation of trucks for concrete deliveries and yard work of concrete plant.
This is a full time position based in Hume ACT.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, in regard to concrete orders and respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage the concrete batching and loading of the concrete trucks for delivery to our valued customers
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant including stock control of raw materials
- As required Operation of a front-end loader, general yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance
- Full training will be provided to the right candidate
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Strong Customer Service Skills with a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
- Be highly motivated individual and ‘can do” attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure.
- Previous Concrete Batching Experience will be highly regarded, but willing to train.
- Front-End Loader experience
- Intermediate computer skills
