You will need:
- Vast experience in concrete and concrete finishing
- Min. 2 years Experience leading a crew of Concreters to successfully deliver projects
- Ability to read drawings and clearly convey directions
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Availability 6 days a week
