The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various concrete remediation tasks including:
- Floor leveling
- Rooftop patch work
- Concrete Remediation
- Identifying and repairing concrete cancer and honeycomb
- Concrete grinding
- Jack hammering
- Treatment of rising damp
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor leveling and ensure a smooth even surface, creating a rise or fall when required
- Conduct rooftop patch work and concrete remediation projects
- Identify and repair issues such as concrete cancer and honeycomb
- Execute concrete grinding and jack hammering efficiently
- Treatment and knowledge of rising damp
- Work autonomously while following directions
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take directions
- Must be familiar with materials such as Sika Dual, Nitro Seal and Enviro 165
