Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Assist with the installation of concrete forms and reinforcing materials.
- Operate various hand and power tools in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of concrete work according to project specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Previous experience in concrete finishing work or construction is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail finishing and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and precautions.
