What will you do
- Ensure that the C&E team deliver excellent & professional guest service
- Familiarise the team with VIPs and regular guests to ensure that their requests are met
- Liaise with kitchens to ensure that service times are adhered to
- Complete and maintain procedures for accurately completing stock takes, monitor breakages and ensure equipment is in sound working condition
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with Food Safety regulations
- Rostering of team members
What you need to be successful
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve excellent & efficient service
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of rostering and the relevant award
- A current valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The availability to work a rotating 7 day roster over various shifts
