We are currently looking for an experienced Events and Conference Supervisor to work on-site at Flemington Racecourse.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the successful execution of various events held at Flemington Racecourse, both on race days and non-race days.

To succeed in this role, you will have a hands-on approach towards supervising, coaching & leading teams to execute all F&B operational requirements, while ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is provided by anticipating and exceeding client expectations.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar conference, events/banquets/ restaurants role is essential.

• Strong people management skills.

• Proven customer service experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to own new initiatives.

• Advanced stakeholder management, communication skills, learning agility.
