ABOUT THE ROLE
We are in search of a Construction Cadet to support the delivery of one of our high-end developments in Broadbeach.
As a key member of our on-site construction team, you will:
- Assist the Contract Administrator with the processing of invoices, purchase orders and requisitions.
- Assist the Contract Administrator with the preparation and issue of trade tender packages in line with the procurement schedule.
- Assist with the preparation of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Assist the Contract Administrator with the assessment and processing of subcontractor payment, variation claims and EOT claims.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of monthly project financial and performance-based reporting.
ABOUT YOU
- Currently studying or recently completed a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (desirable).
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and driven to grow and develop.
