TMP Transport & Farms Pty. Ltd. is seeking a dedicatedand skilled Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. The successful candidatewill play a crucial role in various aspects of farm operations, includinggeneral farm work, packing shed management, and operation of harvest aidmachinery.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general farm duties, including planting,cultivating, and harvesting crops.
· Operate and maintain farm equipment andmachinery, ensuring their optimal functionality.
· Monitor and maintain irrigation systems tosupport crop growth.
· Assist in the upkeep of farm infrastructure andfacilities.
· Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safeworking environment.
· Oversee the sorting, packing, and qualitycontrol of harvested produce in the packing shed.
· Coordinate and supervise packing shed staff toensure efficient and timely packing operations.
· Implement and maintain quality standards forpackaged products.
· Manage inventory of packaging materials andcoordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygieneregulations.
· Operate and maintain specialized harvest aidmachinery, such as tractors, harvesters, and related equipment.
· Work in conjunction with the farm team tooptimize harvest efficiency.
· Conduct routine inspections and basicmaintenance of machinery.
· Troubleshoot and address minor operationalissues promptly.
· Follow operational guidelines and safetyprocedures for the operation of machinery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in farm work, packing shed management, and operation of agricultural machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation and harvesting practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for packing shed management.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain farm machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

· Assist in daily administrative tasks, includingfiling, data entry, and document management.
· Maintain accurate and organized records, both inphysical and electronic formats.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries,providing timely and courteous responses.
· Collaborate with team members to ensureefficient workflow and communication.
· Manage and update employee records, ensuringaccuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance ofreports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
· Coordinate the distribution of internal andexternal correspondence.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings,appointments, and travel arrangements.

TMP Transport & Farms Pty. Ltd. is seeking qualified andexperienced HR Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for transporting goods and materials to and from specifiedlocations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products. As an HR TruckDriver, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, contributing to theefficient operation of our transport and farming activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Safelyoperate and drive heavy vehicles, primarily HR trucks, to transport goods andmaterials to and from designated locations.
2. Adhereto all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a high level of safety foryourself, the cargo, and other road users.
3. Conductpre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance ormechanical issues to the appropriate department.
4. Loadand unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of materials toprevent damage during transportation.
5. Planroutes effectively to optimize delivery schedules and minimize fuelconsumption.
6. Communicateeffectively with dispatchers, team members, and clients to provide updates ondelivery status and address any concerns or issues.
7. Completeall required documentation accurately, including delivery receipts, logbooks,and inspection reports.
8. Maintaina clean and organized vehicle, performing routine cleaning and maintenancetasks.
9. Adhereto company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliancewith transportation regulations.
10. Assistwith other farm-related tasks and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
1. ValidHR driver's license.
2. Provenexperience as an HR Truck Driver.
3. Excellentdriving record with no traffic violations.
4. Abilityto operate a variety of heavy vehicles, including HR trucks, in a safe andefficient manner.
5. Strongknowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
6. Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
7. Physicalfitness and the ability to perform manual tasks related to loading andunloading cargo.
