About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Housing Division, for the successful candidate to join a construction icon with industry and brand presence. The Construction Maintenance Consultant is the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the life cycle of the construction of their residential build. You will attend to your clients’ requests, queries and resolve issues as and when they arise. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and has a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. This position offers opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the construction industry across a wide range of departments. About You Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be confident and have a friendly and empathetic demeanour when interacting with customers. You should be eager to learn and adapt to new situations, procedures, and software and have the ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals. You may come from the building industry but most importantly you are able to leverage from a strong background in providing customer service and building rapport. Your reward? The ability to build relationships and work in partnership with other relevant departments and their teams who can assist with your client queries.
