- Demonstrate compliance with safety procedures and monitor construction activities to ensure they meet client standards
- Provide overall supervision, management and leadership of various teams on a day-to-day basis
- Resource planning to enable efficient and effective delivery
- Performance manage, mentor, and enable direct reports while also developing and maintaining close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous Construction experience in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work in pressure situations
- The ability to build positive relationships and manage conflicts
- A willingness to learn
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence and White Card
