In this role, you'll:
- Act as a site representative for Transport NSW on the Warringah Freeway upgrade.
- Aid in the simplification of traffic movements, as well as create connections to new tunnels as a part of the Western Harbour Tunnel project.
- Manage and oversee road civil works such as structures, new pavements, retaining walls, road widening, installation and relocation of services conducted by Transport for NSW and our valued industry partners.
- Attend daily pre-starts, report on project progress and complete quality/safety/ environmental surveillance.
- Collaborate with your delivery partners, industry partners and additional internal stakeholders across engineering, environmental, technical, safety & quality to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
About you
- Experienced Construction Surveillance officer and or Civil Construction Supervisor / Superintendent.
- Previous experience on major infrastructure road and bridge works projects.
- Experience with concrete pavements preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime including nights and weekends as required by the project
This role is site based on the Warringah Freeway project.
Some night shift work and overtime required depending on project requirements.
Fixed term fulltime opportunity for 18 months.
