Key Responsibilities:
Delivery:
- Lead the successful delivery of projects, guiding and managing blended service delivery teams.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and address escalated partner and customer concerns.
- Develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring your team meets these targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality solutions that meet expected outcomes and contractual obligations.
- Apply deep Microsoft functional knowledge to develop plans, goals, and success criteria, working closely with customer stakeholders to implement their vision.
- Engage with customers at an executive level, setting expectations and ensuring robust project governance, including attending steering committee meetings.
- Work with customers in a billable capacity to define and execute overall project/programme and technology advisory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, partners, vendors, and customers, aligning closely with the Microsoft Customer Success Unit.
- Provide an escalation point for project operational issues, including resourcing, task management, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and support new opportunities and leads.
- Engage with existing customers to understand their ongoing and future requirements.
- Assist sales directors in aligning solutions with customers' desired outcomes.
- Review Statements of Work (SoWs) before submission to customers.
- Champion collaborative teamwork across onshore and offshore Barhead teams.
- Develop and evaluate the performance of your project team, identifying and facilitating training and mentoring opportunities.
- Conduct project performance reviews in line with Barhead standards, supporting team members' development plans.
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring talented delivery consultants.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to delivery best practices, methodologies, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Barhead's administrative requirements, including client invoicing review, peer review tasks, time entry compliance, and expense management.
