Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deploy consumer audiences to enhance communications, products, and experiences.
- Utilise design thinking to translate insights into actionable strategies within an agile project environment.
- Promote data literacy across the organisation by showcasing how data drives strategic and executional decisions.
- Support the implementation of analytics processes, skills, and role requirements within commercial functions.
- Engage stakeholders to drive enthusiasm and demand for Consumer Analytics within the business.
- Assist in the development of technology and data infrastructure to support the analytics roadmap.
- Develop and manage a framework for reporting on audience and media outcomes post-campaign.
- Lead the adoption of a ROI mindset through data-driven optimisations.
About You- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably within marketing analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering business value through advanced analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Consumer Analytics models such as clustering, segmentation, and customer lifetime value.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles.
- Proficiency in statistical modelling tools such as R or Python, as well as visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to manipulate data efficiently, including advanced Excel skills.
