I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join this national business where you will play an integral role in leading and guiding a team of Customer Engagement staff to provide the highest quality service.
Reporting directly to the Customer Engagement Manager, we are looking for a proven people leader with experience leading a remote and onsite workforce with a key focus on culture and engagement.
Based on the Northern end of the Gold Coast, your duties will include:
- both inbound and outbound functions of the customer service department both inhouse and remotely based.
- and maintain the company's safety vision and standards, leading by example and fostering integrity and respect
- a customer-focused mindset within the team, empowering them to problem solve, find solutions and deliver the highest quality service to clients.
- continuous training, coaching, and assistance to enhance team performance and career growth
- the team understands the importance of adherence to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
- valuable insights and support to the Customer Engagement Manager and be able to work autonomously

You will require:
5+ years Call Centre Team Leader experience of remote a workforce
Demonstrated success in leading and increasing culture engagement
A strong Leader who understands people
