They have become a well-respected industry player and currently have a vacancy for a Client Services- Learning & Development Lead.

What will my day to day look like? 
   
Within this role, you will directly report of the Head of Client Services and be responsible for developing and executing a Learning and Development strategy for the Client Services team. This will include creating, and delivering the onboarding training program, as well as providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
  
You will also:
  • Drive a supportive and positive workplace culture whilst helping to continuously develop talent.  
  • Develop and implement a L&D program which strives to improve client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement across the client services space.
  • Actively develop and manage an engaging client services onboarding program which aims to deliver an engaging, positive, and supportive experience for new starters.  
  • Curate a training and development program to ensure all employees skills and knowledge bases are actively enhanced and meet the operational requirements of the business.  
  • Actively collaborate with managers and leaders within the Client Services space to identify learning opportunities and ensure knowledge and skill gaps are addressed across the team.
  • Represent Client Services on project working groups where required to understand learning needs and develop and deliver required learning to ensure the team can support and embed the changes/initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal accreditation/certification enrolments, monitor completion within required timeframes and administer CPD registrations.
  • Actively manage the communication and embedding of product and process changes across the Client Services team.
  • Provide insights and guidance on L&D best practice and developments.
  
What skills do I need for the role?
  
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Learning and Development role, with experience managing a high performing Client Services team within the financial services space.
  
You also have:  
  • Graduate level or Cert IV in Adult Education (highly regarded)
  • Good commercial acumen
  • A customer first attitude
  • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to execute projects on deadline in an ever-changing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Marketing etc.)
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
