Join a growing team and help to elevate our presence through quality content creation across web, video, social and any other channels available – showing engagement, following trends, and leading the pack in the content space. Reporting to our lively Head of Marketing, you will be part of a small team including a designer and a marketing coordinator, and be tasked with creating content that speaks to our audience - publishing it across various channels. We’re in the construction and agriculture space, so experience in that area is preferred.

This is your chance to join Australia’s leading tracks and undercarriage business – TKV Group. As our Content and Performance Specialist you will be responsible for capturing the essence of TKV and our products and showcasing our range of services to Australia (and maybe even the world!).

We envision that our new Content and Performance Specialist will be a highly organised and creative individual, with some prior experience in this space, (preferably in either the construction, manufacturing, or agriculture industry). What you’ll be doing:
You'll be primarily located in our Head Office in Hallam, Victoria – though we expect some travel to other sites and locations around Australia will be required. A typical day may include:
- Creation of a Content and social media plan
- Coordinate content planning sessions to aid creation of engaging and compelling content
- Distribution of said content across channels and engagement with Paid media agency for paid activity
- Creation of visual content, including photos and videos, to showcase our brand and products (supported by paid media agency and video suppliers)
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and materials for content creation
- Measure, test and learn, adjusting Content and placements as required
- Helping to foster partnerships and collaborate with key publishers in the construction and agricultural space, and developing content for their audiences
- Review competitor activity and monitor trends
- Manage and report on activity across the business

We’re looking for someone who can bring proven experience as a content creator and distributor, preferably in the construction and/or agricultural space
- Must have a keen eye for what engaging content looks like
- Comprehensive grasp of written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and friendly team player, with an "in it together" mentality
- Confident in working with a level of ambiguity
- Proactive results-driven individual with initiative and a strong work ethic
- A commitment to continued learning and self-improvement
- Experience with tools including Canva, Mailchimp and Wordpress as well as Social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
- Have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions
