About the Role

We are searching for a Content Marketing Executive to lead content creation and regional demand generation for our properties across Western Australia.

As a Content Marketing Executive, you are responsible for delivering high quality, rapid, digital communication in the form of blogs, guides, images, videos for distribution via eDM’s and social media. This role will also manage all local area marketing for parks in the region portfolio and support parks in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania (on a per need basis).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high quality and accurate park information on tasmanholidayparks.com.
  • Travel and visit holiday parks in region portfolio frequently.
  • Write blogs and guides for demand generation, work with SEO leaders to optimize to high traffic keywords.
  • Create high quality, visually compelling images, and videos on park for use in blogs, socials, eDM’s and other advertising.
  • Curate and send eDM’s for parks and region on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Work with team leaders to optimise revenue per park.
  • Maintain or implement park signage as required on acquisition or development.
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver social content in relationship with park managers and operations team.
  • Provide and deliver local area marketing activities in collaboration with park manager and operations team. This will include creating and approving local ads, identifying, and approving local sponsorships, and creating and maintaining printed collateral.
  • In conjunction with park management team, deliver in-park activities in respective regions.
  • Curate organic social post and schedule.
  • Manage ReviewPro daily and maintain management response rates for each park in Australia (this includes the WA, NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS portfolio).
  • Assist Marketing Department on any graphic design requirements.
  • Manage Marketing Department’s Info and Marketing inboxes and respond in an efficient manner.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Excellent digital publishing skills.
  • Ability to capture quality photos and videos.
  • Excellent content writing and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with consumers and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient with use in WordPress, Active Campaign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Office 365 and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Ability to learn, use, and grow in the knowledge of Newbook booking and CRM and ReviewPro.
