Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with continence issues.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve patients' quality of life.
• Offer comprehensive education and support to patients and their families on continence management techniques.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in continence care and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration
• Up-to date NPC
• WWCC
• up-to date Serology
• Proven experience working as a Continence Nurse Clinical Specialist or similar role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
