An exciting new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join Service Stream for a one-year contract to cover a maternity leave.
About the Role
As the Continuous Improvement Coordinator, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, your primary mission is to spearhead the enhancement and optimization of processes through innovative solutions. The position places a strong emphasis on the strategic application of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Forms, Power BI, and SharePoint. This role involves defining and translating customer requirements, implementing improvement solutions, coordinating tasks, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Integral to the position is the development and dissemination of supporting process documentation and communications, aligning with organizational goals

Reporting Line: Continuous Improvement Manager
Key responsibilities:
Defining Problem Statement:
- Collaborate across functions to precisely define and articulate problems within existing processes.
Documenting Current and Future State Process:
- Work collaboratively with process owners to document current processes and envision future state processes with a focus on automation possibilities.
Measure and Analyze Process Performance:
- Establish and implement performance metrics, utilizing data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.
Maintain and Develop Process Automation Solutions:
- Oversee the existing portfolio of process automation solutions and actively contribute to the development of new solutions for Continuous Improvement.
Plan and Coordinate Project Tasks:
- Lead project planning and coordination, ensuring seamless integration of improvement initiatives into project workflows.
Assist with Delivering Stakeholder and Communication Plan:
- Support the development and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, emphasizing the positive impact of improvement.
Provide Project Summaries and Updates:
- Regularly update management on project progress, with a particular focus on achievements and project performance measures.Develop Process-Related Documents:
- Create comprehensive process documentation to support efficient implementation.
Undertake Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for further improvements.
Other Duties to Support Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to augment the role of the Continuous Improvement Manager.
About you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a related discipline. Formal training on Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Forms and Power BI are desirable.
- Minimum three years of practical experience in a similar role with a demonstrable track record of implementing successful process automation solutions in a business administration environment. Proven experience in delivering small and medium-sized Continuous Improvement initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation
