About the Role
- Manage CI plans and activities for the business and oversee their implementation.
- Build trusted business relationships by provision of CI advice to all departments as required.
- Execute the continuous policies and guidelines.
- Engage with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- As part of the Continuous Improvement Team, advise change agents and team members on medium-sized project tasks.
About You
- Understanding of CI within the business context
- Experience in CI and project management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Outstanding analytical skills, proficient in identifying areas for improvement, mapping and planning, then leading the execution.
