Enjoy great rewards and benefits.Permanent Full Time position - 76 hours per fortnightModern office in a great city-fringe location with onsite parkingSalary Packaging benefits up to $15,900 annually to maximise your take home pay About the roleThis is a key role within the Retirement Living Team and supporting the wider Environments Division providing a high level of financial, analytical and legal documentation to enable the business to achieve and exceed operational goals and strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Supporting the sales team with preparing and managing sales contracts, legal and Financial documentation relating to Retirement Living UnitsContributing to key strategic plans of the Retirement Living business through administrative policy and process design, ensuring effective controls and complianceLiaising with stakeholders such as conveyances, families & internal SCC departments for both incoming and outgoing residentsReceipting all incoming deposits and settlement fundsProviding Administration support to the Retirement Living teamSupporting and participating in Accreditation requirementsFor further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to our website or the attached position description.About youWe are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:A tertiary qualification in areas of Property / Law / Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or similar as well as practical experience in field of studyDemonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customersAbility to efficiently respond to customer needs and manage expectationsHigh Level communication skills both written and verbalStrong organisational and time management skillsAdvanced skills in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Access, CIM and CRM (or Microsoft equivalent)A working knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the roleAbout usSouthern Cross Care is one of Australia’s leading charitable aged care and retirement living service providers.
