This opportunity is with a highly professional national Builder / Developer who are building their in-house construction capabilities.They have two new Projects starting in Brisbane next year one $150m and one $70m. Both high end residential developmentsThey are looking for a CA to add expertise to their team in Brisbane.You will be working with a highly experienced Senior Management team overseeing all sub contractor engagement and ongoing management.
You will also have responsibility for:

• Administration and documentation
• Assessing variations and claims
• Financial control reporting
