Conveyancing Clerk - File Handler
Debbie Hutton Conveyancing is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Conveyancing Clerk - File Handler.
The successful applicant will be expected to take complete ownership of files from start to finish and be able to demonstrate the below requirements:-
· Proven knowledge of the industry with recent conveyancing experience preferable.
· A working knowledge of LEAP or the ability to learn within a quick timeframe.
· Ability to work at the highest level of confidentiality.
· Possess a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills along with a genuine desire to assist people with their conveyancing needs.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
