About the Role
Due to a strong pipeline of work, this firm is looking to recruit a high performing Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant.
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Managing conveyancing files A-Z
- Drafting correspondence
- Liaising with clients, bank and solicitors
- Property searches
- Settlement figures
- Preparation or collation of documents
To be considered for this sought after opportunity; you will demonstrate the following:
- Recent conveyancing experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A commitment to building strong relationships with clients
- The ability to work under pressure
