This role is available at either our Kingston or Hobart office and on a part time or full time basis, we are flexible!
Some of your responsibilities will include;
• running a conveyancing file from start to finish
• liaising with our lawyers on more complex matters
• preparing documents and drafting general correspondence
• liaising with clients and other stakeholders
• general file administration
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• a pro-active approach and a high level of initiative
• advanced MS Office and typing skills
• strong attention to detail
• exceptional time management/organisational skills
• preferably at least 2 years solid experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or commercial legal secretary
