Conveyancing Paralegal/Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer/Senior Conveyancer to be part of our national firm, joining the growing team at our Gold Coast office located at the Bundall Corporate Centre.

Your new role

You will be an integral part of Queensland Property team, providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients and running files from start to finish.

Your variety of work will include:

• Act as an initial contact for conveyancing/commercial client legal enquiries and run matters from start to finish
• Draft legal documents including, agreements and other relevant material
• Conduct title searches, zoning, rates and other relevant documents are completed in line with regulations and procedures
• Ensure that all special conditions in the contract are detailed and fulfilled prior to settlement
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
• Scope to develop your conveyancing skills to cover different tenures across most Australian jurisdictions
• Fortnightly visits to our Brisbane office

You will bring to the role:

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal and/or in a range of property transactions
• Microsoft365 proficiency and confidence learning new systems
• Proficiency in practice management software required
• Adaptability and experience in an efficient and fast-paced environment
• Initiative and autonomy while also taking a collaborative approach
• Excellent written skills and attention to detail
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Fine-tuned multi-tasking and organisational skills
