We take pride in our bakery located in Mulgrave, Western Sydney, and as our team continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a talented baker to join our team.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a casual position, offering 2-3 days a week, with potential for increased days in the future.
Join us on Wednesday (8am-4pm) & Thursday (8am-4pm) with the potential of Tuesday too for a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
Qualifications & experience:
• While bakery experience is preferred, it is not essential.
• Show us your ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Demonstrate your passion, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Bring your organizational and time management skills to contribute to our success.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Baking cookies, granolas & dry packet mixes - weighing ingredients, using a mixer, operating a cookie dispensing machine.
• Working in a team environment with another baker
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the bakery & packing area.
• Ensure proper stock rotation to maintain product freshness.
• Handle product packaging and labeling with precision.
