Okay, so what we need are a couple of confident, experienced kitchen staff to keep our regular customers happy and coming back for more! Being a very busy place we will be looking for experience, efficiency and enthusiasmwith attention to detail.
Duties include:
- - Cooking
- - Plating and presentation
- - Preparing and storing using FIFO methods
- - Stock control and ordering
- - Supervising junior staff
- - Safe food handling practices and knowledge
- - Opening and closing
Requirements:
These positions require a minimum of two years of experience, multi-tasking with great communication skills and teamwork as we need to flow like a well-oiled machine.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Safe Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferable.
