We are currently seeking qualified candidates for this full time role based in our Norwood Office.
As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for the day of day coordination of service delivery under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
Primary Responsibilities
- You play a crucial role, assisting elderly individuals accessing services under the program.
- Planning and Coordination of Services
- High levels of Customer Service
- Manage referrals
- General administrative duties
About You
- You will possess tertiary qualifications, at a minimum a Certificate IV in Aged Care or a higher qualification in Health, Nursing, Community Services
- Clearances in Aged Care, NDIS worker screening, and hold a current police check.
- Excellent working knowledge of Aged Care and respect for older Australians
- Exceptional communication skills and effective conflict resolution management
- The ability to remain objective in confronting and challenging situations
- Previous Coordinator experience preferred.
