Description
Position Overview
As a Service Coordinator/Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the operations and smooth running of the service team, ensuring all service jobs are scheduled accurately and effectively.
Key responsibilities include
- Organise and schedule the preventative maintenance and breakdown for the team of Service Technicians
- Ensure company is compliant for each client site prior to work commencing - Workers Comp, Insurances
- Ordering and processing parts orders
- Ensure the warehouse and service team know what products and parts need to go out each day for service jobs
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure high level customer service and service department is running smoothly
- Computer use for planning and scheduling and generating reports
- Team player who enjoys both working as a team and autonomously
Profile
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator/Administrator is essential
- Good computer skills particularly with MS Excel
- Experience scheduling service calls for a service team in a mechanical, electrical or maintenance business is desirable
- Parts interpreting experience or understanding is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a mature, reliable work ethic.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
Job Offer
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $67,000 per annum.
- Superannuation contribution of 11.5%.
