The role works closely with key stakeholders including overseas partner institutions, the Faculty and Schools, admissions and student services teams to ensure effective and efficient quality assurance, monitoring and review of International Programs and compliance with University policies and procedures.
As a Coordinator, International Program Operations you will:
- Coordinate the continuous improvement of operational and quality assurance processes for international partnership programs, including providing professional advice, planning, reporting, analysis and implementation of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Faculty's overall internationalisation strategy.
- Develop and implement adaptable business improvement processes and solutions that cater to the diverse needs of various stakeholders involved in partnership matters.
- Extract crucial issues from intricate partnership data, draw accurate conclusions, and simplify complex information into understandable terms and actionable processes for others.
- Coordinate projects with conflicting deadlines by planning ahead and resolving issues promptly to ensure all stakeholders understand their responsibilities.
- Maintain and analyse partner performance through tracking of admissions, transfers, and student progression.
- A Degree with at least 4 years of subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience and knowledge in tertiary education programs and quality assurance mechanisms
- Experience in project management, business process improvement practices, or related fields
