About the Role:
The Quality and Evaluation team are responsible for the development and implementation of CFA's Quality Management system across Operational Doctrine and Training, compliance with RTO standards applying a continuous improvement focus and support a positive and streamlined training experience for members. The Learning Governance Coordinator maintains compliance across CFA for training services, providing support for standardised RTO practices.
More specifically, the role involves identifying and advising on emerging Learning Governance issues, contributing to a state-wide compliance framework, and reviewing and enhancing Learning Governance approaches. Responsibilities also include analysing compliance data, coordinating governance panels, ensuring RTO registration compliance, liaising with stakeholders, engaging external providers, preparing documentation, monitoring process compliance, and supporting the implementation of the Learning Management System
About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO.
- Well-developed written communication skills to develop reports & correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external customers.
- Proven administrative skills and experience including word processing, spread sheets and ability to utilise a variety of enterprise-wide systems and applications.
- A contemporary understanding of competency-based learning & development business practices
- Proven ability to manage numerous varied and concurrent projects within budget quality and time parameters.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a (virtual) team.
