Hybrid position with true flexibilityAn environment that will support your innovative initiatives to deliver real valueVibrant and diverse team that makes a rewarding and meaningful impact to our student communityThe RoleContinuing, Full TimeLevel 7 - $95,414 to $104,255 (plus 17% superannuation)Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port MacquarieAs the Coordinator Operations, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the operational activities of the University contact centre. The Coordinator will oversee induction and ongoing training for employees, supervisor scheduling and identify opportunities for improvement in the SX Service Centre, including knowledge management. You will also enjoy supporting strategic projects, working collaboratively with the SX Leadership Team to achieve shared objectives and building positive relationships which will contribute to the overall success of the team and the satisfaction of our stakeholders. To be successful you will have:Demonstrated experience in leading teams, preferably within a contract centre or customer service environment.Strong stakeholder management skills along with a strategic focusDemonstrated understanding of Contact Centre Systems and a deep understanding of Workforce Planning in a Contact Centre environment.Experience working collaboratively and independently to support projects, including highly developed problem solving, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of projects.Application Requirements Applicants are expected to apply online and provide a 1-2 page 'statement of suitability' demonstrating their skills, knowledge and/or experience relevant to the position (referencing the selection criteria in the position description).
