About the role
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Coordinator to join our Reconnect service. This position will provide services to young people across the Perth Metro Area with offices based in Mirrabooka and Cannington. This role comes with a vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
You will Coordinate a team of case workers that provide outreach support service to young people 12-18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to family conflict.
About you
You’ll have a passion for supporting young people and their families, as well as:
Tertiary Qualification in a relevant Human Services field
Experience and knowledge of the youth sector
Experience working with teams
Understanding of evidence-based service models for working with young people and their families
Experience working with complex young people and families
Experience in case work practice within the community sector
Working with Children Check
Drivers Licence
Covid and influenza vaccination is preferred but not required
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
