Currently seeking a Coordinator Sales and Marketing wishing to join our high performing Operations Team. You will be responsible for increasing the incoming volumes of waste and recyclable materials, manage the Sales and Marketing activities for our outgoing products including compost, biochar, landscaping consumables and managing a small team of two (2) Sales and Marketing Officers. Essential to your success in this role will be –
• Waste industry knowledge preferred but not essential, however being a sales guru and being able to demonstrate this at an interview is essential
• Able to write RFQ’s and tenders
• Ability to produce reports for executive management
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of existing and prospective Clients
• Account/Contract management acumen
• A high level of computer literacy
• Great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Infectious customer centric approach
