About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Geologist to work as a Core Scanning Operator with the Geochemisty team in Belmont, this position would hold a 5/2 roster and is a great opportunity for a recent Graduate looking to gain experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Working on innovative Geo Science technology
- Operating the core scanner
- Maintain quality control of data collected.
- Communicate with Geochemistry team.
- Perform required weekly and monthly device maintenance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Tertiary qualification in Geology
- Be able to work independently
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
- C Class drivers’ licence
