JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking experienced Corporate Concierge Security Officer to work at various sites across Adelaide’s CBD. As the first point of contact in this prestige position, you will be responsible for providing and ensuring a professional experience when assisting with enquiries and ensuring all internal procedures are followed.
Duties will include:
• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all
• Greeting guests, visitors and other stakeholders who attend the building in a professional manner
• High level engagement with the building Management, VIP’s and tenants
• Assist with general queries
• Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant staff
• Maintain relevant registers
To be successful in this role; you will require:
• A minimum 1 year experience in a similar security concierge position
• Must have a Certificate II in Security Operations
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Current and valid SA Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience with access control systems
• Experience with CCTV systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound administration and computer skills
